Delivery timelines depend on campaign size, publisher response time, content requirements, and approval needs. The expected timeline should be discussed before work begins.

A delivered placement normally includes the live URL and relevant report details so the buyer can verify the work.

Revisions

Corrections and replacement review

If a delivered placement does not match the agreed brief, contact us with the order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Reasonable corrections may include report clarification, anchor review, content correction requests, or replacement review when the delivered item clearly differs from the agreed scope.

Refunds

When refunds may be reviewed

Refund requests are reviewed based on order status, work already completed, publisher costs, and whether delivery matched the agreed scope.

Because outreach, content, and placement work can involve non-recoverable costs, refunds are not automatic after work has started.
