Guest Posting in Singapore.
A useful article. A clear next step.
Reach the customers your business can serve with a contribution they can use. Compare Singapore guest posting sites, define the audience and destination, then request current publisher identities and a quotation you can review.
For local services, growing brands and agencies planning business, technology, travel, food or wider commercial campaigns.
Start with the decision your customer needs to make
A useful guest article connects a reader’s question with evidence and an appropriate next step. A Singapore business team might need a software demo checklist. A diner might need an accurate guide to an outlet’s offer. A visitor might need an operator-confirmed planning resource. The article should help with that task before asking the reader to follow a brand link.
EduGuestPost brings publisher comparison, article planning and outreach coordination into the same campaign. Use the marketplace to identify candidates, the tools to organise the review, and the brief to agree the actual publication and commercial scope. Business, technology, tourism, food, retail, education and local services can each have a relevant contribution.
Who can use your offer?
Describe the customer, the task and the market your destination serves. Decide whether Singapore residents, visitors, local businesses or a wider regional readership matter. A national catalog field alone does not answer that question.
What will the reader take away?
Offer a practical worksheet, documented explanation, original method or evidence from work you actually performed. Identify the sources and reviewers before a writer develops the article. Give the reader something useful within the publication itself.
What does the linked page deliver?
Link to the resource or service promised by the paragraph. Confirm current market availability, language and the action a reader can complete. The destination should continue the same task, with enough information to make that action worthwhile.

Selected records captured on 10 October 2026; the site reports an 11 August 2026 inventory import. Individual rows may be older. Traffic is an estimated domain-level figure, not Singapore audience share or predicted article visits. Prices, identities, acceptance and timing are reconfirmed in the quote.
Request a Singapore guest-post quotation
Review your campaign brief and selected references, then add your contact details to request current publisher identities, article scope and quotation terms.
Choose the language the publisher and customer can use
The selected preview contains 48 English references. A confirmed Singapore/English native search showed 102 matching records on 10 October 2026; a confirmed any-language search showed 104. These are imported result counts, rather than verified unique websites or approved placements.
Agree house style and explain the task
Use English when the accepted publication and intended customer require it. Ask about house spelling, specialist terms, formatting, byline and image rights. Retain the source for market availability, product descriptions, schedules and any commercial claim.
Review the destination alongside the draft. The reader should be able to find the promised resource and understand the next step. The English readability helper can highlight difficult passages for an editor to examine.
Confirm a suitable publication and human reviewer
The inspected native language menu has no Chinese, Malay or Tamil options. Put your requested language, intended reader and destination version in the brief. Ask for confirmation of publisher availability, accepted section, writing arrangements and a reviewer for that language.
The multilingual service provides a route to discuss the requirement. Confirm terminology, names, figures, links and customer support for each version before commissioning it.
Add my language requirementReview the whole route from article to action
A language version needs review of meaning and factual claims as well as fluency. Check what the target page offers in that language and how the customer can ask a question or complete the proposed action. Agree the exact version with the publication. Similar words in a tool result do not validate a translation or confirm the underlying facts.
Three starting routes for a Singapore campaign
These shortcuts use the categories actually present in the selected sample. A current tailored search can address requirements beyond these references.
Explain a decision a team can review
A practical workflow, supplier comparison method or software demo plan gives a business reader criteria to use. State whose experience supports the article, where product details came from and which questions still need a vendor response.
Make product evidence specific
A technology section needs a subject it accepts and an explanation suitable for its readers. Describe the version or plan behind a real observation. A proposed demo worksheet should keep actual results blank until a demo occurs.
Help a visitor plan the next step
An itinerary question, booking preparation guide or dated operator resource can support a relevant travel contribution. Confirm opening information, availability, restrictions and what the linked destination actually supplies.
A keyword match is a starting point for review
The native “business” keyword search returned 24 matching records across several categories. This page’s Business shortcut filters the seven sample records labelled Business. Check the publication’s accepted section and representative articles before deciding that it suits a business or software pitch.
Food and lifestyle campaigns can start with the sample’s five Food & Beverages or nine Lifestyle records. Use the Niche filter to compare them, then confirm the reader, current identity and article terms.
Decide how local the campaign needs to be
A publication can discuss Singapore while serving readers elsewhere. A regional Southeast Asia title can cover several markets. A Singapore-labelled supplier record can use a global domain. Decide which reader matters for this campaign, then ask for evidence that the actual publication and section can reach that reader.
Match the offer to an actual local need
For a local service or outlet, specify the real coverage, contact route and current offer. Request relevant recent articles and available country audience information. Describe neighbourhoods, addresses or service windows only when they change the task and have an owner-confirmed source.
Name the wider markets that matter
For software, professional services or a regional brand, explain which markets the destination supports. Compare language, availability, support arrangements and the article’s examples. A wider audience can be relevant when those readers can use the offer.
Check the information a visitor can act on
A visitor may read before arriving or while planning a purchase. Confirm the article’s dates, the responsible operator, customer eligibility where relevant and the exact next step. The destination should make the offer understandable to that visitor.
Read the country field, domain and audience separately
The IANA .SG delegation record identifies Singapore’s country-code namespace and registry manager. A .sg or .com.sg suffix provides domain context; it does not measure local readership or establish an editorial fit.
The preview includes Singapore-labelled references using several suffixes, including .co.uk and .uk. Ask the supplier to confirm the assignment and identity. Evaluate the actual site, accepted section and audience rather than infer an office location or local reach from a field.
Use local listings for the details customers need
A local business campaign may also need accurate discovery information: the real name, address where applicable, contact details, service coverage and destination. The Singapore Local Business Listings page is a relevant separate route to discuss.
Confirm platforms, eligibility, information and deliverables for a listings or citation-building order. A directory record and a guest article serve different needs; quote each scope explicitly when both are requested.
Twelve article directions to discuss with the publisher
These are campaign ideas, not a claim that every topic is available in the sample or accepted by every publication. Match the section, reader, evidence and destination before assigning a draft.
Supplier decisions
Explain how a team records requirements, compares a defined offer and follows up missing information. Use actual commercial terms with their dates and owners.
A demo with an evidence trail
Provide the blank task-based worksheet below. Report a product result only after an actual documented observation of the relevant version or plan.
An accurate outlet resource
Answer a real customer question about the menu, service or visit. Confirm current information with the outlet and obtain rights for images.
Planning before a booking
Build a useful preparation guide around operator-confirmed details and a dated source. Explain what the reader needs to check before acting.
A practical buying guide
Explain fit, dimensions, use, support or a comparison method. Keep product availability and return information tied to the actual seller’s terms.
A documented handover process
Show how a business collects the information needed for a quote or shipment. Attribute service coverage and commercial conditions to the provider.
Preparing a service request
Offer a checklist of facts a customer needs to give the provider. Use real service coverage and current quote conditions; seek specialist review for consequential claims.
A useful learning decision
Explain a learning task, course-selection method or career resource. Verify provider details and eligibility; keep job or admission outcomes supported.
An achievable practical project
Describe a method, materials or comparison criteria the reader can use. Source claims about products, availability and specialist work from responsible people.
A reproducible workflow
Use permission-cleared experience or a documented process with its limitations. Keep proposed examples separate from measured client results.
A clearly bounded explanation
Source current consequential facts from authoritative material and arrange qualified review. Explain the scope and audience rather than invent returns or personalised advice.
An appropriately reviewed contribution
Choose an accepted educational question with current authoritative sources and the right reviewer. Avoid unsupported treatment, safety or performance claims.
Compare the offer, then quote the complete scope
The selected sample’s displayed publisher prices range from US$8.74 to US$3,268.65. The range includes outliers and offers with different conditions. It is a description of the 48 captured references, rather than a typical Singapore price, a fixed service package or a quotation.
| Reference and route | Supplied DA / DR | Est. domain traffic / month | Displayed price (USD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| EGP-CKF-398C0EFC Gadgets & Technology · .com · English | 58 / 51 | 1,131 | US$302.45 |
| EGP-IZS-99F726E4 Business · .com.sg · English | 30 / 64 | 52 | US$272.61 |
| EGP-CDI-61EC8A86 Food & Beverages · .com.sg · English | 27 / 30 | 10,614 | US$210.25 |
These records illustrate different offers. Traffic is a supplied domain estimate; it does not measure Singapore readership or predict visits to a new article. Request current identities, metrics and conditions.
What does the displayed offer cover?
Confirm the actual domain, section, article format, submission conditions, link treatment and final supplier amount. Ask whether a reference represents a particular offer for a domain and what the price includes.
What will the contribution require?
Quote research, drafting, source checks, editing, rights-cleared assets and revisions. If another language is requested, confirm availability and writing and review responsibilities. Ask explicitly whether any content work is included.
What are the agreed delivery terms?
Confirm timing, approvals, reporting, applicable taxes or charges, billing currency and any qualifying review window or remedy. Use the approved quotation to decide the complete order total.
An SGD budget can sit beside a USD comparison
For example, write “SGD 2,500 total; confirm quotation currency” in the campaign brief. Keep the publisher comparison in its supplied USD currency. The shortlist sums supplied USD prices; it does not convert the total into SGD or calculate a tax-inclusive bill.
Ask how much of the requested budget covers publishers, content and coordination. Agree the currency and any applicable charges in the quote. The example is a way to communicate a limit, rather than a suggested spend or a promised package.
Benchmark a comparable cohort
The Guest Post Pricing Calculator uses active priced offers, domain deduplication and distribution statistics. Inspect the selected cohort and any broadening when a narrow country or topic has few comparable records.
Use a benchmark to support questions about the offer. Then review the actual article scope and current quotation. A domain metric, headline traffic number or low price alone does not establish the best value for your customer task.
Six checks before approving a Singapore placement
The marketplace narrows the candidates. The confirmed domain, accepted section, evidence and quotation determine which candidate should proceed. Keep those details in a record the client or approver can review.
Confirm the publication and offer
Request the current domain behind each reference and the accepted section. Compare identities with earlier client placements. Repeated reference codes are combined in this page; different codes can still represent offers for one website.
Ask for relevant audience evidence
Review recent articles, who they address and any available country audience information. Separate Singapore share from total domain traffic. Check whether the destination serves the same local, visitor or regional reader.
Read the submission requirements
Confirm accepted topics, pitch or full-draft process, length, format, source expectations, author details, assets and image rights. The publisher’s editor decides acceptance and may require revisions.
Treat supplied figures as screening fields
DA and DR describe third-party domain measures. Ask about the source and date of traffic information. Zero or blank fields in this sample are shown as unavailable; they do not prove the site has no visitors or value.
Agree the actual publication treatment
Confirm the permitted destination, anchor, number and position of links, any commercial identification and the actual attributes. Record the published treatment after delivery and compare it with the approved terms.
Make the approval reviewable
Keep the currency, writing and research responsibilities, language review, revisions, publication window and remedy conditions together. Ask for unresolved facts before approving the publication or commissioning the final article.
Check the conditions attached to a delivery promise
Read EduGuestPost’s editorial standards and the approved order for any qualifying dofollow or indexing guarantee. Confirm eligibility, verification, review window and remedy. Google determines indexing, and publication alone does not establish future rankings, traffic or customers.
The Publisher Site Risk Review helps collect observable evidence and questions from public pages. Review representative articles and the actual offer with a human approver.
Give a business reader a better software demo question
A software demo is easier to review when the team starts with a defined task and records the evidence needed for a decision. This original illustrative article brief uses a blank worksheet to connect requirements, product details and follow-up owners. Adapt the pitch to a business or technology section that accepts the subject.
Prepare the inputs before commissioning the article
- Define the reader and current workflow. Name the team role, task and decision. Explain which Singapore or wider regional availability matters to the destination and the customer.
- Choose a task to demonstrate. Use an appropriate proposed input and describe the expected output. Label sample or invented demo data clearly. Obtain permission before using client information.
- Record what actually happened. Leave the observed-output field blank until a demo occurs. If it does, document the date, version or plan, method and limits. Distinguish a vendor statement from an observation made by the team.
- Confirm the terms that change the decision. Ask the vendor about relevant market availability, support windows and time zones, quotation currency and basis. Assign an owner and next action to each unresolved question.
- Review the article and linked resource. Check factual claims, language, rights, the accepted publication format and the destination. The worksheet should be available where the paragraph says the reader can use it.
The Content Brief Generator can organise those supplied requirements into an editable outline. The team and vendor remain responsible for the evidence that supports the resulting article.
A useful six-part article outline
- Explain the team’s decision and current workflow.
- Define the roles and tasks for a proposed demo.
- Describe appropriate inputs and expected outputs.
- Show how to record observed behaviour, product plan and dated sources if a test occurs.
- Confirm market, support and quote context; assign missing facts to an owner.
- Provide the blank worksheet and a relevant next step.
A blank worksheet for requirements and observations
The CSV has three proposed scenario labels and 13 blank fields per scenario: role, workflow question, input, expected and observed output, product plan, market availability, support window, quote context, source URL and date, evidence owner and next action. Fill it from actual product sources and documented demo observations.
Use it to prepare and follow up a demo. Product-specific capability, security, privacy or compliance claims require appropriate evidence and review; this planning template supplies no such assessment.
Keep a proposed example distinct from a result
An expected output is a requirement. An observed output needs an actual dated observation. A vendor’s product description needs its source and the relevant plan or market. Keep those records distinct so the writer can explain what is known and what needs confirmation.
Attribute claims, obtain permission for client material and images, and arrange the right human review for consequential subjects. If a language version is commissioned, review the same evidence, figures and destinations in that version.
Review the paragraph and link markup separately
The Link Relevance Checker helps compare a proposed paragraph with the exact destination. Inspect whether the destination supplies the promised worksheet. Lexical similarity supports inspection; it does not decide meaning, translation quality or editorial acceptance.
Google prefers rel="sponsored" for paid links; nofollow is also acceptable. Its spam policies address links bought or sold to manipulate rankings. Agree and verify the publisher’s actual treatment.
Commercial identification, link attributes, indexing and customer enquiries are separate observations.
Nine core tools, plus an English draft review
Browse the Free tools directory for other campaign checks.
The software example needs reliable inputs, source owners and a useful destination. Use these tools for matching, budgeting, planning, editing and delivery evidence, with human review at the points that require judgement.
Guest Post Site Finder
Describe the Singapore customer, exact destination, subject, language and budget. Compare active catalog records using the explainable campaign Fit Score. Optional target-page inspection uses observed wording to suggest a niche.
The score does not measure Singapore readership, inspect publisher sites or confirm editorial acceptance.
Open toolGuest Post Pricing Calculator
Benchmark similar active USD offers using domain deduplication, median and quartiles. Review the cohort and any broadening when a narrow Singapore subject has few comparable priced records. Keep your SGD campaign budget and content scope beside the benchmark.
It is not a currency converter, tax calculation or final quotation. Writing has no universal included fee.
Open toolBulk Publisher Availability Checker
Match up to 1,000 supplied domains or URLs against the catalog. Use confirmed identities to check your proposed publishers, then compare them with the client’s own exclusions and earlier placements. Keep sourcing requests separate from matches.
It does not reveal the rest of the private inventory, check your client history or confirm acceptance of a particular article.
Open toolPublisher Site Risk Review
Review up to five public URLs across six evidence groups. Inspect a homepage and representative article where possible; record observable technical, editorial and transparency questions before approving a Singapore campaign.
This evidence-based review does not certify safety, diagnose a Google penalty or establish local audience share.
Open toolContent Brief Generator
Give the writer the software-demo question, team roles, blank worksheet, dated product sources and responsible reviewers. Build an editable outline around the decisions the article should help the reader make.
The generator organises supplied evidence. It does not open your source list, test software or verify a vendor’s claims.
Open toolAnchor Text Analyzer & Optimizer
Analyze the draft’s HTML or supported Markdown, or review your own link export with its stated coverage. Compare repeated labels and destinations; use supplied context to draft wording that describes the software-demo worksheet accurately.
Suggestions need human review. Counts and percentages do not define a universal safe anchor ratio.
Open toolLink Relevance Checker
Review a proposed paragraph and anchor against the exact destination, or inspect an observed source link. Ask whether the target supplies the demo checklist the paragraph promises, and keep the evidence with the editorial decision.
Lexical overlap does not judge meaning, translation or backlink quality. There is no passing score or ranking-credit guarantee.
Open toolDofollow Nofollow Checker
Inspect the known publication URL and exact destination for link occurrences, attributes and relevant directives. Compare the observed delivery with the approved terms, including any sponsored or nofollow qualification.
Server-returned markup is a dated observation; it does not establish indexing, visual prominence or ranking credit.
Open toolBacklink Monitor
Recheck a known source and target on demand after delivery. Retain the date and observed state, compare changes with the approved record and ask for the remedy that actually applies to the order.
It is not continuous alerting, a full backlink profile or a customer-attribution system.
Open toolReadability Score Calculator
Use English Flesch and grade-level indicators to find passages an editor should simplify. Explain software terminology, quote periods and support arrangements in the publication’s accepted style.
English formulas do not validate Chinese, Malay or Tamil text, factual accuracy or publication quality.
Open toolCarry the approved record through the campaign
Define the Singapore brief
Provide the reader, exact destination, country or regional scope, topic, language, total budget and requested quote currency, timing and exclusions. Describe the article’s useful contribution.
Review current identities
Compare references and request domains. Check accepted sections, audience evidence and destination fit. Compare actual identities with the client’s earlier placements and excluded publications.
Approve the complete quotation
Agree publisher amount, content and research work, language review where confirmed, assets, revisions, disclosure, links, publication window and any qualifying delivery remedy.
Prepare and review the contribution
Gather source dates and owner-confirmed facts. Approve the article, byline, assets and destination for the accepted publication. Keep proposed scenarios separate from real observations.
Verify the delivered article
Record the live URL and date, exact target, anchor, observed attributes and commercial treatment. Compare the delivered page with the approved scope and record any correction needed.
Assess relevant customer activity
Review actual referrals and qualified enquiries using your own analytics and customer records. Apply available country context and attribution limits. Separate customer activity from delivery and search observations.
Keep the useful delivery evidence together
- Client, confirmed domain, supplier reference and accepted section.
- Approved reader, country or regional scope, topic and language.
- Quoted currency, writing scope, sources and responsible approvers.
- Live article URL, date, anchor and exact destination.
- Observed link treatment and dated verification.
- Revisions, review window, remedy conditions and next action.
Read the delivery and refund policy together with the approved order.
For agencies and several markets
Maintain each client’s targets, audience, excluded domains, earlier placements, languages, budgets and approvers. Check actual domains before combining reports. A different supplier reference can represent another offer for a website already used by the client.
The agency service and campaign management service are routes to discuss coordinated approval and reporting. Agree the required scope and format in the quote.
The Backlink Monitor provides an on-demand check of a known source and target. Agree later checks or reporting separately. Use actual customer records to assess qualified enquiries with their attribution limits.
Singapore guest posting FAQs
Answers about audience, languages, private references, USD comparisons, SGD budgets, article scope and delivery.
What are Singapore guest posting sites?
They are publications or supplier records assigned to Singapore that may accept an editorial contribution or commercial article. This broad page covers business, technology, food, tourism, education and other subjects. The private catalog references help you compare options; the exact domain, accepted section and current terms need confirmation.
How do I choose a suitable Singapore publisher?
Start with the person your offer serves and the question the article will answer. Review the publication’s identity, recent relevant articles, accepted section, language, destination policy and available audience evidence. Compare similar candidates using supplied metrics and price after that fit is clear. The Site Finder can organise this campaign comparison.
Do I need a .sg or .com.sg website?
A Singapore country extension can provide geographic context, but it is not a measurement of readers or an acceptance guarantee. The selected catalog also includes other extensions. Confirm the domain, its editorial section and any available audience distribution with a source and date. Do not infer an office or readership from the suffix or supplier country label alone.
Is Singapore inventory the same as wider Southeast Asian reach?
No. Describe whether you need Singapore customers, a specific local service area or regional buyers who can use the offer. A Singapore-labelled record may have international readers. Estimated total domain traffic does not reveal the Singapore share or visits to a new article; request the relevant evidence and check the destination’s actual coverage.
Can I request Chinese, Malay or Tamil publishing?
Yes, you can include the requirement in a custom brief for confirmation. The inspected native menu has no Chinese, Malay or Tamil options, and this selected preview contains only English records. Ask for a suitable publication, accepted section, writer and human reviewer for the requested language. This is an availability request, not confirmed language inventory or a translation of this landing page.
How much does guest posting in Singapore cost?
The selected references displayed US$8.74 to US$3,268.65 when observed on 10 October 2026. That range describes this sample and its outliers, not a typical market rate or final offer. Compare like-for-like article and placement scope, use the Pricing Calculator where the cohort is useful, and request a current quotation.
Can I provide a budget in Singapore dollars?
State the currency and total in the campaign brief, for example SGD 2,500 total, then ask for the quotation currency and included work. The marketplace’s supplier comparisons and selected priced-record subtotal remain in USD. The page does not convert currencies or promise SGD billing, checkout or a tax treatment.
Is article writing included in the catalog price?
Confirm it in the quotation. Agree whether you supply a draft or commission research and writing, plus any language review, assets, revisions and publisher editing. The catalog benchmark does not contain one universal writing fee. Identify the owner of each material product or commercial claim before drafting.
What DA, DR or traffic should I require?
Use thresholds that help compare suitable publications. Higher figures do not establish readership, editorial fit, indexing or customers. A supplied DR of zero is shown as unavailable; traffic zero is shown as Not supplied. The raw values remain in exports. Missing evidence and very unusual values should prompt a current check rather than an invented conclusion.
Why do keyword results and the Business shortcut differ?
The native business keyword search showed 24 matches and its first page included Business, Lifestyle, General and Health & Fitness records. A keyword match is not a strict category census. The Business shortcut filters this selected preview to the seven records actually labelled Business; the full current catalog may contain additional suitable offers.
Can I see the exact publisher domains before approving?
Shortlist the reference codes or request a tailored search. EduGuestPost’s existing workflow confirms exact identities privately with current fit and quotation terms before approval. Different references may describe the same domain or overlapping sections. Do not treat a famous publisher named on another vendor’s page as an identified match to a private reference here.
Can I choose a contributed article, sponsored feature or link insertion?
Describe the format you need and confirm the publisher’s policy. A new editorial article, commercial feature and reference inserted into an existing article have different scope and approval conditions. Press releases serve announcements; business listings and citations record business details. Confirm the correct route rather than assume these formats are interchangeable.
How should I prepare a pitch or article?
Confirm whether the publisher wants an angle first or a completed draft. Record the accepted section, reader, original contribution, length, sources, author details, assets, exclusivity, link rules and review process. Write to that publication’s requirements. The software-demo brief and blank worksheet below illustrate a useful contribution; they are not an accepted pitch.
Are paid links dofollow, and will they improve rankings?
Agree the actual link treatment with the publisher and approved order. Google prefers sponsored qualification for paid links; nofollow is also acceptable. The attribute checker inspects observed markup and directives. Neither that observation nor a live article guarantees indexing, ranking credit, referrals or customers.
What does the software-demo worksheet do?
It gives a Singapore team three proposed scenarios and blank fields for roles, inputs, expected and observed outputs, product plan, market availability, support, quote context and evidence ownership. Fill it with dated product sources and actual observations if a demo occurs. It does not test a product, validate security or compliance, calculate a saving or establish vendor eligibility.
What should an agency’s delivery report include?
Keep the client, target market, language, approved identity and reference, section, article scope, source owners, quote and approver together. Add the live URL, date, anchor, exact target, observed attributes, commercial identification and applicable remedy conditions. The installed same-origin page can carry its saved brief and shortlist into the existing request form; from this local preview, copy or download the brief and paste it for review.
Start with your reader, resource and Singapore brief.
Shortlist suitable references or request a current tailored search. Include the audience, language, article contribution, destination and budget currency so the publication and full quotation can be reviewed together.
