GOOGLE SEARCH · PRIVATE REVIEW QUEUE

PPC Wasted Spend Audit

Find campaign, keyword and search-term rows that deserve a closer look—using your own goals, spend thresholds and conversion-delay assumptions.

No fabricated waste total · No account changes · Shared Google Ads connection

Google connection: setup required

This preview is public, but live PPC reports are not connected yet. The administrator must finish the shared Google Ads API and OAuth setup. No separate paid connector is needed.

No advertising account or search-term data has been checked on this page.

About the shared Google Ads connection

Three views. No double-counted total.

Campaign context

Review spend and recorded outcomes within a selected Google Search reporting window.

Keyword evidence

Compare returned keyword rows against your floors and optional target, keeping match type in context.

Search-term review

Inspect visible searches and targeting status. Some queries are withheld by Google; this is not complete search coverage.

Review candidates are not proven waste

Campaigns, keywords and search terms describe overlapping spend. Never add their totals together. A row with no recorded conversions may still contribute to awareness, offline outcomes or future conversions. No savings estimate, negative-keyword list or profitability verdict is produced.

Questions

Does the report calculate guaranteed wasted spend?

No. It flags rows for investigation using your declared objective and thresholds. Review-row spend is the full observed row cost, not a savings estimate or the avoidable portion. Zero conversions alone does not prove waste.

What does this version cover?

Google Search campaigns, their keywords and provider-visible search terms. Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Meta and other platforms are outside this preview. Each section is bounded, cost-sorted and independently labeled.

Why can search terms be missing?

Google withholds some searches for privacy, and this tool caps returned rows. Removed entities or all-zero metric rows may be absent. A completed query is not full account coverage. Campaign, keyword and search-term spend overlap and must never be added together.

How does the conversion-delay buffer work?

Choose how many recently completed account-local days to leave out before the 7, 30 or 90-day reporting window. The default is 7 days, not a verified maturity threshold. Delayed, modeled and offline conversions can still change the result.

Are my goals and CPA targets read from Google?

No. You declare the objective, spend/click floors and optional acquisition target CPA. They apply uniformly to the returned rows and are not verified campaign goals. Awareness mode suppresses conversion-efficiency flags.

Will it add negative keywords or change bids?

No. Match types and targeting status are context only, not relevance verdicts. The tool neither writes to Google nor generates an import-ready negative list. It does not audit all shared negative lists, budget pacing or conflicts.

Do I need another API or Google connection?

No separate paid connector or credentials. This tool reuses your existing private Google Ads Account Audit connection, Cloud-project setup, broad adwords permission and shared request quotas. Google permission is broader than the read-only operations this plugin implements.

Who can see my report?

The connected website user and login session only. No report or search-term history is saved by the plugin. Exports can contain sensitive searches and account names; review before sharing. Manage or disconnect your Google connection in Google Ads Account Audit.
