Meta Ads Audit

Inspect campaign structure and selected creative, destination and tracking declarations in your own advertising account—with visible limits and no account changes.

Private visitor connection · Read-only API · No invented performance score

Meta connection: setup required

This preview is public, but live ad-account reports are not connected yet. The administrator must configure the Meta app, read-only Login for Business setup and required access review. Then each visitor can authorize their own account.

No paid connector is built into this tool. No Meta account data has been checked on this page.

Evidence you can inspect

Campaign structure

Campaign, ad-set and ad references within independent bounded lists. A parent not returned is not labeled an orphan.

Creative declarations

Observed creative IDs, selected text/media references and destination hosts—not visual quality or served variant counts.

Tracking context

Promoted-object references and allowlisted UTM names. Declarations are not proof that Pixel, CAPI or attribution works.

A configuration review, not a performance verdict

This preview does not collect spend, conversions or ROI, execute ads or tracking events, fetch landing pages, or rate creative quality. Missing optional fields remain unknown. No budgets, targeting, campaigns or permissions are changed by the audit.

Questions

Can this audit a competitor from a public URL?

No. Meta private ad-account data requires an authorized visitor connection. Public Ad Library data is not a substitute for this account audit.

What does this preview inspect?

Current account metadata, campaign and ad-set relationships, selected ad/creative declarations, observed creative-ID reuse, supported destination hosts and UTM names, and promoted-object references. Independent bounded lists are not a complete or atomic inventory.

Does it measure performance or tracking success?

No. There are no spend, conversion, ROI or fatigue metrics in this release. Pixel/CAPI references and URL tags do not prove events fired, were deduplicated or attributed correctly.

Does it assess creative or landing-page quality?

No. Observed copy/media identifiers are not visual concepts or served variant counts. An optional exact hostname comparison is a user-declared review aid, not ownership, semantic alignment or a broken-link finding. No landing page is fetched.

Why can a parent or creative field be missing?

Permissions, object type, dynamic/catalog/existing-post behavior, independently capped lists and changes during collection affect coverage. A missing parent is not an orphan. Optional fields not returned remain unknown rather than empty or zero.

Is a paid connector needed?

No paid connector is built into this tool. The administrator must configure a Meta developer app, Login for Business user-token configuration, ads_read permission and the access/review required for public visitors. Setup does not itself verify source acceptance.

What permission is accepted?

Only granted ads_read and basic public_profile are accepted. Additional permissions such as ads_management are rejected. This module implements fixed reads, not ad creation, budget changes, targeting edits or tracking-event submission.

What is retained and how do I disconnect?

An encrypted token bound to your website user and login session is retained for at most one hour. No report or account-history database is created. Disconnect clears the local connection; revocation in Meta is a separate action in your Facebook business integrations. Exports may contain sensitive names, copy and identifiers.
